DMCA Policy for Italian Sausage Soup

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Italian Sausage Soup website was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification with us. To do so, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the URLs or descriptions of the content that was removed.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on our system.
